I've Found A New Passion, Baking!

After being on an extremely tight budget for almost a year and feeling the

stress of taking care of a family on that budget, attending school, etc., I started thinking of ways to take my mind off of my stress and on to something fun and enjoyable.  I started off baking cupcakes.  They are so much fun to make because there is such a plethora of recipes and decorations that can go into cupcakes.  My first cupcakes motivated me to continue to bake and learn techniques with fondant and other decorating tools. I feel as though I have finally found my passion, which is making treats that will put a little sunshine in dreary days or make sunny days even brighter.  Check out the picture of one of my first cupcakes. It's a carrot cake with butter cream frosting and fondant flowers. It's still one of my favorite cupcakes to date. What do you think?
